Who?
Young people between 18 and 24 years old who want certifications, technical degrees and university degrees to connect with quality employment.
How?
By financing job placement and permanence in quality employment through technical training centers and universities.
Achievements
2024:
- We partnered with PROCOMER and INA to invest in Costa Rican human talent based on results.
- We achieved a job placement rate of 14%.
- We achieved cost-effectiveness 23% better than traditional scholarship programs.
2023:
- We partnered with MTSS and created Costa Rica’s first pay-for-results contracts.
- We achieved a job placement rate of 38%.
- We achieved cost-effectiveness 12% better than traditional scholarship programs.
2022:
- We financed our first scholarship cohort.
- We created Costa Rica’s first income-based agreement.
- We designed a private guarantee fund to unlock educational credits.
